1. Physical damage due to collisions, paper jams, folds, etc. This situation can only replace the new nozzle.
2. Because the machine is idle for a long period of time, the nozzle's residual ink causes the nozzle to clog. In this case, the nozzle needs to be soaked with cleaning liquid, requiring professional maintenance personnel to operate it.
3. Environmental factors. The working environment requires suitable temperature and humidity, temperature between 18-25 degrees, and humidity around 50. If the temperature is too low or the humidity is too low, the nozzle will be short-term. The specific reason is not explained in detail.
4. Continuous printing, large area and large background color printing. After continuous printing, allow the machine to rest for 10 minutes and continue printing. Otherwise, wire breakage may occur. The specific reason is not explained in detail.

The problem of judging and processing after nozzle breakage occurs

2. Enter the maintenance menu for cleaning, usually using color-by-color cleaning. If there are more colors to be cleaned, use normal cleaning. Generally do not use strong cleaning. If you are still disconnected after cleaning, go to the fourth step.
3. Determine if the ink cartridge contains ink. Determine if the ink cartridge is normally out of ink. If yes, add ink, repair or replace the ink cartridge. If there is no cartridge failure, enter the engineer mode and select 3-4 levels of cleaning depending on the length of the air into the pipeline.
4. If the normal cleaning does not work, it may be that the ink stack and the blade are not clean. The ink pad, ink stack, and blade should be cleaned. Generally, a clean cloth can be used with soft warm water, and it is best to use a special clean cotton swab. If you still can not solve the problem, it is recommended to have professional service.
5. If there is often a disconnection in the same color, it may be a problem with the ink bag. Replace the ink bag with professional service personnel.
