In order to meet the requirements of markets, high speed sublimation paper becomes more and more popular. Then, what is high speed transfer paper? High speed transfer paper means papers that dry considerably faster than the regular ones, meet the requirements of the latest generation of inkjet printers and even of tomorrow’s printers. And one common feature of them is that all the high speed paper are low weight, so they can dry fast. Regular dye sublimation papers for open substrates typically show a gradual, ink absorption and dry relatively slowly. Transfer printers have adjusted to this phenomenon in different ways. In many cases, the slow drying does not pose a problem, even on fast inkjet printers(plotters).
