There are many customers want to buy sublimation paper from us. But when i ask them the weight of paper they want, they have no idea. Actually speaking, there are many skills to determine the weight you need to use. 1. The amount of ink loading As we all know, for sublimation paper, the thicker, the more sublimation ink loading it can absorb. If the ink-loading is low, the image is not complicate and colorful , such as swimwear. you’d better use the low weight sublimation paper like 45g, 50g, 70g, 75g. If the ink-loading is high, then 90g, 100g, 120g, 140g are the better choice. 2. The printing environment Relative humidity is under 45%RH (without humidifier in your printing), you should choose 75gsm paper.
