 Nowadays, more and more garments manufactures prefer to use the all-over sublimation printing technology. Because the sublimation paper  is not flexible enough, we will meet many problems.Here are something we want to discuss.         1. Placement   All over sublimation printing is not a cut & sew process, meaning it cannot guarantee accurate placement for graphics on the garment.   Due to the variation in sleeve shapes, we cannot guarantee exact placement on sleeves; for example, we cannot do jersey style striping on the sleeves.   We cannot guarantee placement directly underneath the collar of a shirt; for instance, creating a graphic that has pearls wrapping around the collar is not doable because of the variation in placement.   2.
