Try to think when you customers find the graphics on the garments are peeling off, will they do the business with you again? The answer is absolutely not. Then how to prevent this problem? The heat press machine is the essential matter. 1. Remember to preheat the garment in advance. Preheating helps release moisture and wrinkles that can affect adhesion. Just put the garment on the heat press machine and heat it for a few seconds (possibly several times) until you think there is no moisture. 2. The appropriate pressure. Make sure the heat press surface, transfer paper and surface of substrate must be close, can not have gaps. If seams, buttons or collars are on the pressing area, they are absorbing pressure that is intended to be distributed to your graphic. Compensate by increasing pressure or removing the barriers. ...
