Specifically designed for sportswear, the product maintains adherence on the fabric during the transfer process and eliminates potential problems which may occur during the transfer. A base paper thickness and its fast drying feature perfectly work even with such products consuming the high amount of ink.
The greatest advantage of the product is that paper is not curled during the heat press process. When compared with other similar products in the market, we see common types of papers cause the paper to expand curling outward. Yet, Skyimage Tacky is away from this problem. Other similar papers are curled up during the press and accordingly damage the process and print quality of fabrics. Whereas the paper needs to be firmly placed on the fabric, curled paper edges impact the print quality of fabrics. Yet, Skyimage Tacky offers perfect solution in this respect.

If you set the paper without pressing for a while, the paper will evaporate extra moisture arising from the ink. Thus, the paper will not curl during the press and you will have any problem during pressing and exposure processes. However, if you press the paper which traps extra moisture due to the ink immediately after the print is finished, the moisture of the paper will evaporate inconsistently and the paper will curl resulting in problems during pressing and exposure.

Devoting more attention to R&D operations to tackle these problems, Fei Yue Digital Inc has recently launched Tacky (or more technically "coated sublimation transfer paper") featuring two different coatings. Thanks to the specially formulated coating process, the paper used in printing is not deformed even if you use heat press shortly after the printing process. In addition, the print quality remains the same and the product ensures exceptional print quality, color consistency, and ink savings.

Specifically designed for digital sublimation printing, Skyimage Tacky is compatible with polyester fabrics (at least 60% polyester) used in the production of coated papers, flags, sportswear, fashion fabrics and home decor.
