1.Stickiness grade of sticky paper: According to the customer's fabric, the ambient air humidity is different throughout the year, and the adhesive strength requirements for the adhesive paper are also different. We have developed a common adhesive paper for most fabrics. High sticky paper. Compared with ordinary adhesive paper, high-viscosity paper has a 50% increase in bond strength and other performance indicators. It is mainly applicable to relatively dry autumn and winter seasons, or the application scene where the customer's pattern is light-colored and the fabric is smooth.

2.Types of fabrics: Fabrics are a major factor affecting the bond strength. Generally, the smoother the fabric, the lower the binding force of the adhesive paper and the fabric. The binder in the coating is melted during the thermal transfer process of the adhesive paper. State, if the smoothness of the fabric is high, there is less adhesive adhesion. When it comes to smooth elastic fabrics, it is recommended to choose high-adhesive paper.

3.Ambient humidity: The adhesive strength of sticky paper is related to the moisture during the transfer process. Generally, the moisture is high and the viscosity is strong. Some customers found that in the process of using sticky paper, the strength of the sticky paper in the spring and summer was very good. From autumn to winter, the sticky paper sometimes had insufficient stickiness. This was mostly due to the low moisture content of the paper and fabric during the transfer process. This kind of situation can try to put the fabric in the high humidity environment to absorb the moisture and then retransfer. In addition, pay attention to control the degree of drying when printing on the adhesive paper, and do not make the transfer paper excessively dry.

4. Storage of sticky paper: Unprinted sticky paper should not be exposed to air for a long time. This will reduce the stickiness of sticky paper. Sticky paper needs to be kept sealed. If the customer has left half a roll of sticky paper after printing, it should be sealed and stored as soon as possible using the original plastic bag. It should not be placed in the air for a long time. We tested it and sealed the sticky paper for over 6 months without stickiness. The printed sticky paper must be transferred in time. If the sticky paper is printed for several days, the stickiness will be weakened because the moisture will continuously evaporate and the adhesiveness of the transfer paper coating will decrease. Generally, the printed sticky paper is required to be printed on 2-24. The transfer is completed within an hour, and if it is too late to transfer, it needs to be sealed.
