INKJET PRINTER PRINT HEAD ANTI-BLOCKING TIPS

图片
In the proccess of using inkjet printer , the print head may occur blockage phenomenon. Today I'm going to share some tips to prevent blockage of print head. 1.After the inkjet printer is installed, and the maintenance of the print head is performed at the beginning of the equipment startup 1)In order to get the print head into the best working condition, before the equipment officially begins to undertake the production business, please be sure to print some pictures as much as possible in 1~2 days. The picture is best used in CMYK4 color, and in the picture 2 C, M, Y, and K color bars are added to ensure that all four print heads are always in the inkjet state. 2)It is best to remove the moisturizing sponge in the rightmost cleaning station together with its bracket when printing. 2.How to maintain the print head after the daily work is completed. After all the printing operations are completed every day, in order to keep the print head in the best working co

SEVERAL COMMON ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS IN DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINTING PROCESS (2)

图片
Yesterday I introduced 3 common issues and solutions in dye-sublimation printing, today I will share another 4. Hope will be helpful to you. 4.Why am I getting ink from a previously transferred image onto a new blank transfer? Sublimation ink has the tendency to bleed onto the bottom and top platens of your press during heat transfer, which is why it is very important to protect your press with the proper material. To prevent ink from getting onto your top or bottom platen, we recommend using a Teflon wrap for each platen, as well as a Teflon sheet. Teflon is completely reusable, and all it takes is wiping away the excess ink after each press. You may also use silicone-treated sheets that can be discarded after use. 5.Why am I seeing small dots in my transfer? If you're noticing small dots on your finished product, this is likely due to excess moisture. We recommend pre-pressing most substrates to ensure you get all moisture out. Then, let the substrate cool dow

SEVERAL COMMON ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS IN DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINTING PROCESS (1)

图片
You may encounter some issues in dye-sublimation printing process. We' ve compiled some of the most frequent issues associated with dye-sublimation printing in case you ever experience one. 1.Why aren't my transfers coming out vibrant? There are a few reasons why your transfers could be coming out less vibrant than expected. First, make sure that you are printing on the correct side of your sublimation paper , which is typically bright white. The other side is generally off-white. Next, ensure that you are printing through the correct color correction program. 2.Why is my image ghosting? If you are seeing a second version of your transfer, like a shadow, slightly to the side of your image, you are experiencing what is known as ghosting. Ghosting occurs when the sublimation transfer paper shifts during the sublimation process, such as when you open or close your heat press . For this reason, it is recommended that you tape down your hard substrates to the sublim

How to Set the Appropriate Sublimation Temperature for Your Printing Machine?

图片
While using the heat press machine or sublimation printer , it' s very essential to take care of the ideal sublimation temperature. If by any chance, you don't take care of it, it may lead to distorted and bad printing due to over burning and color deformation. 1.Cold Environment The sublimation temperature that you need for your heat press machine depends on the environment in which you keep the machine. If you keep the machine is completely air conditioned room, then the heat press machine will take time to heat up and this may increase the time required to 10 minutes and the temperature to 200 degrees. 2.Humidity It's a basic necessity to keep your heat press machine in a completely dehumidified environment. If your city has a climate of humidity and precipitation then you probably need a dehumidifier in your office space where you have placed the machine. It will be needed because humidity can lead to non creation of vacuum in the machine, which can eve

What is the Ideal Sublimation Temperature of Printing Machine?

图片
Sublimation printing uses two types of printing processes. One is the heat press machine printing on the product and the other is sublimation printer printing on the paper. These machines are used to produce the perfect high definition image. These machines produce first on the sublimation paper and then on the mobile phone case/cover. While using the heat press machine, it' s very essential to take care of the ideal sublimation temperature. If by any chance, you don't take care of it, it may lead to distorted and bad printing due to over burning and color deformation. What is the ideal sublimation temperature? If you are using the heat press machine for the first time or after a long time, then the ideal temperature is 180 degrees, for 8 minutes. If you use this temperature for every first time you print your mobile case or cover, then there won't be any complaints for over burning or inappropriate printing. How to set the appropriate sublimation

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUBLIMATION, TRANSFER AND VINYL PRINTING FOR T-SHIRT PRINTING?

图片
For those who still new in T-shirt printing business, you must know that in heat transfer printing , it can be generally classified into 3 categories: Sublimation printing, transfer printing and vinyl printing. Now I will briefly introduce these 3 printing methods for you. Sublimation Printing Dryfit, microfiber, jersey, polyester, quick dry T-Shirt materials Transfer Printing Cotton Tee of both dark-based & light-based fabric Vinyl Printing Vinyl transfer films such as Flock, PU, Glitter, Glow in Dark, Reflective & Hologram Materials 1.Sublimation Printing Sublimation printing gives you fascinating effect in graphics which it displays all the details you want in the design.  Sublimation printing was using sublimation ink & sublimation paper.  It can be applied on polyester, microfiber or drift T-shirts. Sublimation printing is the process that transferring the sublimation inks on the fabric through high temperature & pressure within 1

SOME PROBLEMS THAT SHOULD BE PAID ATTENTION TO WHEN USING SUBLIMATION TRANSFER PAPER

图片
For people in the digital printing industry , the word " sublimation transfer paper " must not be unfamiliar. Today I would like to share with you some problems that should be paid attention to when using sublimation transfer paper. I hope this article will help you better use sublimation transfer paper and improve the quality of your products. Sublimation transfer paper is produced in various thicknes- ses and widths. Formed in two parts as base paper and coating on the surface. While the base paper carries the ink, chemical coating keeps the ink and allows it to dry on the surface. Good dry and good transfer efficiencies are two opposing parameters. A good transfer paper should provide the ink to dry on surface as soon as possible and also be able to transfer vast majority of the ink to the fabric. It is very important that these values must be properly run on paper printing machines and must work in the press well. Certainly, it must not have undesirable substance

5 COMMON TYPES OF PAPER AND APPLICATIONS OF THEM IN HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

图片
When you are engaged in printing business, you need to know not only the type of printing machine and printing ink you want to use, but also the type of paper that may be suitable for your product. Today, we will share five common types of paper with you. 1. Sublimation Papers Qualified inkjet sublimation paper for transferring images onto hard surfaces such as coated mugs, coated plates, coated metal boards, etc. 2. Transfer Papers Designed for transferring inkjet images to dark or other colour garments and substrates including T-shirts, sweatshirts, mouse pads, leather, along with other garments. It offers a softer hand and allows for photo-quality transfers with a white base. The image can be plotter cut or trimmed as desired. 3. Inkjet Papers Inkjet paper is made from high quality deinked pulp or chemical pulps and requires good dimensional stability, no curling or cockling, good surface strength, and surface smoothness. Sufficient and even porosity

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DYE INK, PIGMENT INK AND SUBLIMATION INK?

图片
Inkjet printer inks can be roughly divided into three types: Dye Ink, sublimation ink and pigment Ink . In fact, all inkjet printer inks used in the home and most businesses use a similar formulation. Now I briefly introduce them to you. 1.Dye Ink The dye in the dye-based ink dissolves in water like sugar does in water completely. It’s also known for easily obtaining saturated, brilliant colors due to its small molecular size, 1.5-4 nanometers. Because of this, dye-based inks flow better and have been the standard in inkjet printers. But the dye will re-dissolve and the ink will flow across the paper if drops of water hit the paper. For normal document printing on inkjet paper, photo paper, PVC card etc, we would recommend dye ink as it is much economic compared to pigment ink. 2.Pigment Ink Pigment inks use tiny particles of colored material to provide ink color, rather than paper-staining dyes. Pigment inks are comprised of tiny, encapsulated particles that sit on
