When you want to make a stretching garment, the printing becomes a very hard step. Different to other fabric, printing on the stretch fabric like Lycra is easy to make the images out of shape. Then how to solve this problem? 1.  Using sticky sublimation paper in sublimation printing     Sticky sublimation paper is designed for stretch fabric. The sticky paper has a sticky coating, it can adhere to the textiles very firmly, and it can help the paper and textiles not moving during the printing. So the images can print to the stretch fabric perfectly with out any problem. 2.  Stretch the garment before printing or heat pressing in screen printing Some screen printers, who print directly onto t-shirts or who print plastisol heat transfers, will stretch the garment before printing or heat pressing. By doing this, the weave of the shirt opens up allowing the ink to better penetrate the fibers of the fabric. This practice is believed to prevent cracking of the ink.

Roller heat press machine , the essential machine for sublimation printing , especially large format printing. For example, the large banners, banner, non-woven fabrics, clothing fabrics, towels, sheets, mouse pad and other goods. Machines all need maintenance, including the roller heat press machine. How to maintain it? Sublimation printing has been applied to many industrial nowadays, and more and more people become familiar with this printing method. But for some of them, especially the beginners, some common mistakes are always around them when printing. Do you know what mistakes? 1.  Not using the color correction software: No matter what printing materials you use, a color correct software is essential, it will help you printing a wonderful images with vivid color easily. 2.  Choosing the wrong substrates. If you want to print successfully, you should transfer the images onto 100% polyester fabric/polyester-coated substrates. If you printing on the wrong substrates, you will find that you can’t transfer the images totally. 3. Accidentally installing inkjet ink into your sublimation printer. If you find that you can only see the yellow after transfer printing, then it means you’ve made this mistake. Just be careful, and this is the only solution. 4.  Pressing when the temperature

For sublimation printing , a good heat press machine is very important. No matter you use the flatbed heat press machine, or the roller heat press machine , the daily maintenance is essential. We can do this job from several aspects. 1.  Lubrication   You don ’ t need to worry about the lubrication when you just buy a heat press machine. But every 5-6 months, it is vital to inspect the exposed rods at the 'hinge' points or the pivot points, and the areas must be lubricated a little with high-temperature lithium grease. Do note that too much lubrication on the machine leads to soiled clothes. It is thus important to be economical with the grease application. 2.  Heat element    The heat element must be kept clean.Ink can be removed from heat element by using soft fabric or a flannel piece while the press continues to be hot.
