Sublimation ink (also known as thermal transfer ink) is the low-energy, sublimation of the disperse dyes made into digital printing ink, printed on the transfer paper, by heating, you can in the shortest possible time to produce the image of fine porcelain , Metal, silk, chemical fiber fabrics and other materials, is very suitable for personalized development of the market needs and environmental requirements.

3. Others

   Besides the factors we mentioned before, there are still many other factors.

  A. the quality of sublimation paper, you’d better choose a supplier that has a stable quality and good reputation.

  B. Images will look very different before and after transfer printing. So remember making a test before bulk production.

  C. Make sure there is no gap between the sublimation paper and the surface of the substrate. Otherwise, it will make the transferred graphics blur.
